- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Address and report client requests and complaints to management.
- Provide high-quality client feedback to the management team.
- Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
- Stay informed on market trends and the business environment.
- Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's brand values.
- Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
- Present the Balenciaga universe with a storytelling approach.
- Offer personalized advice and respond to client expectations.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Execute product presentation guidelines.
- Ensure client satisfaction by upholding Balenciaga's service standards.
- Create and update client portfolios using the Luce app.
- Build authentic, long-term client relationships.
- Follow HQ guidelines on client journey and loyalty programs.
- Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate teamwork to enhance client experience.
- Participate in sustainability initiatives.
- Perform front and back of house duties without supervision.
- Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
- Receive and process store deliveries.
- Prepare deliveries and shipments to clients.
- Contribute to stock control and inventories.
- Support after-sales services and provide feedback to management.
- Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training (for internal promotions).
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Associate (for internal promotions).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience (for external hires).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in sales and client advisory.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and market dynamics.
- Competence in visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Skill in managing client transactions and store operations.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience is required, with a preference for experience in luxury retail environments.
