- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Address and report client requests and complaints to the management team.
- Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.

- Perform front-of-house and back-of-house duties, including processing transactions and managing stock.
- Support after-sales services and provide feedback to management.
- Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training (for internal candidates).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience (for external candidates).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion and market trends.
- Competence in using retail management software and applications.
