1. Achieve sales goals and contribute to the store's financial success.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
3. Maintain an organized stockroom to ensure efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Communicate effectively with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention in collaboration with the team.
10. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and accuracy of cash handling.
11. Assist with visual display and merchandising as per company standards.
12. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed individual and store goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision to develop the business and enhance personal performance.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

4. Genuine passion for the fashion industry.

A minimum of 3 years in a comparable retail or fashion role is required.
