1. Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
2. Act as a guide for customers, engaging with them to build strong and lasting relationships.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to deliver high-quality and professional customer service.
4. Ensure optimal stock levels and quality, manage in-store displays, and oversee the merchandise available for sale.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays meet brand standards.
6. Adhere to all store and company policies and operational procedures.

1. Previous experience with an international brand; sales experience preferred.
2. Strong sensitivity and recognition of brand, apparel, and fashion trends.
3. Demonstrated responsibility and teamwork capabilities.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.

1. Excellent communication skills, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
2. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and other computer software.

Previous experience in a sales role within an international brand is preferred.
