- Deliver an elevated in‑store client experience through personalized, attentive service that fosters loyalty and repeat business.
- Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge of current collections, trends and brand positioning to inform and advise clients.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and use appropriate sales techniques to meet daily targets and contribute to store growth.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation; replenish stock and ensure product displays reflect brand guidelines.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, seeking manager support when necessary and ensuring satisfactory resolution.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, security procedures, and Health & Safety regulations, including opening and closing duties.
- Keep up to date with client requirements, store operating procedures and promotional activities.
- Perform additional duties within the scope of the Sales Consultant role as required by the Store Manager.
- Previous retail sales experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail.
- Proven face‑to‑face customer service experience with a track record of attaining sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and sustain client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to frequent change in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Professional personal presentation in line with company standards.
- Fluency in a second language; Mandarin (zh) or Russian (ru) highly advantageous.

Candidates should have prior experience in a client‑facing retail role, ideally within luxury or premium fashion, with demonstrable success in achieving sales objectives and delivering high standards of customer service.
High‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or fashion is advantageous.
