- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer experience.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with store processes and follow-up procedures.
- Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with an awareness of fashion trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
Prior experience in a multinational brand environment, particularly within the luxury fashion sector, is preferred.
