- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, fostering strong customer relationships.

- Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.
- Previous experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in fashion retail.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with an awareness of current trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office and digital tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
Experience in a multinational brand environment, particularly in fashion retail, is preferred.
