- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, consistently building and strengthening customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
- Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment; related experience is advantageous.
- Product and fashion sensitivity with a strong understanding of fashion trends.
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Office and other digital tools.
Experience in a similar role within a multinational brand environment is preferred.
