1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using effective sales techniques.
2. Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.

1. Experience in a multinational brand environment is preferred.
2. Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

1. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
3. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is advantageous, with a preference for candidates who have related experience in luxury fashion retail.
