1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
2. Act as a host for customers, fostering and strengthening customer relationships.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.

1. Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in fashion retail.
2. Strong product and fashion sensitivity with an understanding of current trends.
3. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
4. Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office and digital tools.

1. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
2. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Prior experience in a similar role within a multinational brand environment is preferred.
