1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
2. Act as a host to customers, fostering strong and enduring client relationships.
3. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and provide exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Uphold store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with store processes and follow-up procedures.

1. Prior experience in a multinational brand environment.
2. Product and fashion sensitivity with an understanding of fashion trends.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

1. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
3. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience in a multinational brand environment is preferred, with related experience being advantageous.
