1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using effective sales techniques.
2. Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with store processes.

1. Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in fashion.
2. Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.

1. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
2. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
4. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with a preference for those with fashion industry experience.
