1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
2. Act as a host for customers, fostering strong and enduring relationships.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.

1. Experience in a multinational brand environment, with related experience being advantageous.
2. Strong product and fashion sensitivity with a keen understanding of fashion trends.
3. Demonstrated sense of responsibility and team spirit.
4. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in spoken and written English.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.

Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with additional related experience considered a plus.
