1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
3. Maintain an organized stockroom to facilitate easy access to merchandise.
4. Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Communicate effectively with all departments, stores, colleagues, and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback on necessary updates.
9. Enforce sustainability policies at both local and global levels.
10. Minimize store shrinkage through effective partnership with Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team.
11. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe, and enforce standards for cash accuracy and timely bank deposits.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising implementation as directed.
13. Communicate visual standards and updates to the team.
14. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store interior and exterior.
15. Maintain high standards for fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.

1. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed goals.
4. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or fashion sectors is required.
