1. Achieve sales targets and objectives.
2. Execute opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Maintain an organized stockroom for easy merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Facilitate effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Adhere to and enforce the store operations manual, providing feedback for necessary updates.
9. Implement and uphold sustainability policies at local and global levels.
10. Partner with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team to minimize store shrinkage.
11. Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly, maintaining cash accuracy and timely bank deposits.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising implementation according to company standards.
13. Communicate visual standards information to the team as needed.
14. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
15. Maintain high standards for fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.
16. Ensure adequate supply levels are maintained at all times.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.

1. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
4. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
5. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

A minimum of three years in a comparable position within retail or fashion sectors is required.
