- Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Ensure the stockroom is organized for easy merchandise access.
- Assist management in overseeing day-to-day store operations.
- Maintain balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Facilitate effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
- Manage store shrinkage and ensure cash register and safe operations.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion companies.
- Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strategic vision for business development and high personal performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
A minimum of three years in a comparable position, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
