- Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Support and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback on necessary updates.
- Implement and uphold sustainability policies locally and globally.
- Partner with Stock Associate/Operations Manager/Sales Team to minimize store shrinkage.
- Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and manage cash accuracy and bank deposits.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising implementation as directed.
- Communicate visual standards information to the team as needed.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises.
- Maintain highest standards for store fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.
- Ensure adequate levels of supplies are maintained.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
- Proven ability to drive results in a selling role, exceeding individual and store goals.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen with a passion for the fashion industry.
- Strategic vision to develop the business and achieve high personal performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sector is required.
