1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Execute opening and closing procedures in alignment with company standards.
3. Maintain an organized stockroom to facilitate efficient merchandise access.
4. Support management in daily store operations, ensuring a balanced focus on sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
5. Communicate effectively with all departments and staff to maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
6. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
7. Implement and uphold store operations manual and provide feedback for necessary updates.
8. Enforce sustainability policies at both local and global levels.
9. Partner with Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team to minimize store shrinkage.
10. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safes, maintaining back-of-house standards for cash accuracy and timely bank deposits.
11. Assist in the implementation of visual displays and merchandising as per company standards.
12. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality.
13. Maintain adequate levels of store supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion industries.
2. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed individual and store goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a passion for the fashion industry.
4. Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

4. Proficiency in visual merchandising and store operations.

A minimum of 3 years in a comparable retail or fashion position, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales goals and operational excellence.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 USD, subject to geographic differentials and individual qualifications.
