- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Execute opening and closing procedures in alignment with company standards.
- Maintain an organized stockroom to facilitate efficient merchandise access.
- Support management in daily store operations, ensuring a balanced focus on sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Communicate effectively with all departments and staff to maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Implement and uphold store operations manual and provide feedback for necessary updates.
- Enforce sustainability policies at both local and global levels.
- Partner with Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team to minimize store shrinkage.
- Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safes, maintaining back-of-house standards for cash accuracy and timely bank deposits.
- Assist in the implementation of visual displays and merchandising as per company standards.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality.
- Maintain adequate levels of store supplies.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion industries.
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceed individual and store goals.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a passion for the fashion industry.
- Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising and store operations.
A minimum of 3 years in a comparable retail or fashion position, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales goals and operational excellence.
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 USD, subject to geographic differentials and individual qualifications.
