- Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Support and enforce the store operations manual and provide feedback on necessary updates.
- Implement and uphold company sustainability policies.
- Partner with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team to minimize store shrinkage.
- Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safes, and manage cash accuracy and bank deposits.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising as directed, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises, ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality.
- Ensure adequate levels of store supplies are maintained.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving store goals.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

A minimum of three years in a comparable retail or fashion role is required, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
