Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder)

- Drive individual and store sales to achieve and exceed targets.
- Perform and supervise opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policy.
- Support the Store Director in day‑to‑day store operations and personnel management.
- Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure merchandise is accessible for the sales floor.
- Partner with operations and stock teams to minimise shrinkage and enforce loss‑prevention protocols.
- Manage cash handling procedures, registers and safe operations, and ensure timely bank deposits.
- Implement and communicate visual merchandising directives and maintain corporate visual standards.
- Oversee daily store maintenance, including fixtures, lighting, carpeting and supplies.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally, preserving the client experience.
- Enforce and provide feedback on store operations manuals and corporate sustainability policies.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a comparable retail or fashion role, with keyholder or supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven sales performer with a track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store objectives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commercial awareness and deep interest in the contemporary luxury fashion market.
- Demonstrated leadership, organisational and personnel‑management capabilities.

At least 3+ years in retail or fashion, ideally with direct selling experience and responsibilities for opening/closing, cash management, inventory control and supervising or mentoring junior sales staff.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or coursework in retail, fashion merchandising, or a related discipline is advantageous.
