1. Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations and personnel oversight.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Manage store shrinkage and ensure operational execution with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager.
10. Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and manage cash accuracy and bank deposits.
11. Assist in implementing visual displays and merchandising according to company standards.
12. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
4. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly range is $22.00 USD to $24.00 USD.
