1. Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
2. Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Maintain balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Communicate effectively with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Manage inventory and loss prevention in partnership with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager.
10. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe, and maintain cash/change accuracy.
11. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
12. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, ensuring high standards in presentation and functionality.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
2. Proven ability to drive results in a selling role, exceeding individual and store goals.

A minimum of 3 years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sector is required.

The hourly rate ranges from $19.00 USD to $22.00 USD, depending on experience and location.
