- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management in daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Maintain effective communication across departments and with team members.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Adhere to and enforce the store operations manual, providing feedback for updates.
- Implement and uphold sustainability policies at both local and global levels.
- Collaborate with the stock associate and operations manager to minimize store shrinkage.
- Ensure cash registers and safes are functioning properly, maintaining accuracy in transactions and timely bank deposits.
- Assist in visual merchandising and display setups according to company standards.
- Communicate visual standards information to the team as needed.
- Supervise daily cleaning and maintenance of the store premises.
- Ensure fixtures, shelving, and supplies are maintained to the highest standards.
- Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Fluency in French and English for excellent client service.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive business results.
- Strong business acumen and passion for the fashion industry.
- Strategic vision to develop the business and achieve high personal performance.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or fashion industries.
