1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication across departments and with team members.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Adhere to and enforce the store operations manual, providing feedback for updates.
9. Implement and uphold sustainability policies at both local and global levels.
10. Collaborate with the stock associate and operations manager to minimize store shrinkage.
11. Ensure cash registers and safes are functioning properly, maintaining accuracy in transactions and timely bank deposits.
12. Assist in visual merchandising and display setups according to company standards.
13. Communicate visual standards information to the team as needed.
14. Supervise daily cleaning and maintenance of the store premises.
15. Ensure fixtures, shelving, and supplies are maintained to the highest standards.

1. Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Fluency in French and English for excellent client service.
3. Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive business results.
4. Strong business acumen and passion for the fashion industry.
5. Strategic vision to develop the business and achieve high personal performance.
