1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's financial success.
2. Ensure efficient opening and closing of the store in compliance with company policies.
3. Maintain an organized stockroom for easy access to merchandise by staff.
4. Assist management with daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Foster effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and team members.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Implement and enforce the store operations manual and suggest updates as needed.
9. Adhere to and promote the company's sustainability policies locally and globally.
10. Collaborate with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
11. Ensure cash registers and safes function properly and maintain accuracy in transactions and bank deposits.
12. Assist with visual merchandising and ensure compliance with company standards.
13. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
14. Ensure fixtures, shelving, and lighting meet the highest standards of presentation and functionality.
15. Maintain adequate levels of necessary supplies.

1. Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Fluency in French and English for excellent client service.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
5. Strong business acumen and passion for the fashion industry.
6. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.
