- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's financial success.
- Ensure efficient opening and closing of the store in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain an organized stockroom for easy access to merchandise by staff.
- Assist management with daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Foster effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and team members.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Implement and enforce the store operations manual and suggest updates as needed.
- Adhere to and promote the company's sustainability policies locally and globally.
- Collaborate with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
- Ensure cash registers and safes function properly and maintain accuracy in transactions and bank deposits.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
- Ensure fixtures, shelving, and lighting meet the highest standards of presentation and functionality.
- Maintain adequate levels of necessary supplies.
- Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Fluency in French and English for excellent client service.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
- Strong business acumen and passion for the fashion industry.
- Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in sales and client relationship management.
- Ability to implement and uphold company policies and standards.
- Competence in visual merchandising and store maintenance.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar retail or fashion role is required.
