1. Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments, stores, colleagues, and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback for updates.
9. Implement and enforce sustainability policies locally and globally.
10. Partner with stock associates and operations manager to minimize store shrinkage.
11. Ensure cash registers and safe function properly, maintaining cash accuracy and timely bank deposits.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
13. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
14. Maintain high standards for fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
2. Proven ability to drive results and exceed individual and store sales goals.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Strategic vision for business development and high personal performance.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or fashion sectors.
