Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder)

- Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments, stores, colleagues, and staff.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Support and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback for updates.
- Implement and enforce sustainability policies locally and globally.
- Partner with stock associates and operations manager to minimize store shrinkage.
- Ensure cash registers and safe function properly, maintaining cash accuracy and timely bank deposits.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
- Maintain high standards for fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
- Proven ability to drive results and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strategic vision for business development and high personal performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Genuine passion for the fashion industry.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or fashion sectors.
