Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder)

- Drive and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clientelling and concierge-level service.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to company policy and security protocols.
- Support the Store Director in day-to-day store operations and personnel management, including coaching and performance follow-up.
- Maintain an organised, accessible stockroom; oversee inventory accuracy and partner with the team to minimise shrinkage.
- Manage cash handling, registers and safe procedures; ensure timely bank deposits and back-of-house accuracy.
- Implement and communicate visual merchandising directives in line with corporate standards and local store needs.
- Oversee store maintenance, fixtures and supplies to preserve presentation and operational standards.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally to protect the client experience and brand reputation.
- Enforce store operations, sustainability policies and loss-prevention measures; provide constructive feedback to management on process improvements.
- Minimum three years’ retail experience in a comparable role, preferably within luxury fashion.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Proven ability to perform keyholder duties, including opening/closing and cash management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to coordinate across departments.
- Commercial acumen and a keen interest in fashion and luxury retail dynamics.

At least 3+ years in retail or fashion roles with progressive responsibility; prior keyholder or supervisory experience preferred, with proven success in sales performance and operational oversight.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary training in retail management, merchandising or a related field preferred.
