1. Achieve sales goals and contribute to store success.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
3. Organize stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Manage store shrinkage and ensure cash register accuracy.
10. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
11. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and functionality.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion industries.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals.
4. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
