1. Achieve sales targets and objectives.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and suggest necessary updates.
9. Implement and enforce company sustainability policies.
10. Partner with Stock Associate/Operations Manager/Sales Team to minimize store shrinkage.
11. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe, and enforce cash handling standards.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
13. Communicate visual standards information to the team.
14. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises.
15. Maintain high standards for store fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
2. Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or fashion industries is required.
