1. Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
3. Maintain an organized stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce the store operations manual, providing feedback for updates.
9. Implement and enforce sustainability policies at both local and global levels.
10. Partner with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
11. Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly, maintaining cash accuracy and timely bank deposits.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising as directed, ensuring adherence to company standards.
13. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, ensuring high standards in presentation and functionality.
14. Ensure adequate levels of supplies are maintained.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
2. Proven ability to drive sales results, exceeding individual and store goals.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.
