- Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain an organized stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Support and enforce the store operations manual, providing feedback for updates.
- Implement and enforce sustainability policies at both local and global levels.
- Partner with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
- Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly, maintaining cash accuracy and timely bank deposits.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising as directed, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, ensuring high standards in presentation and functionality.
- Ensure adequate levels of supplies are maintained.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
- Proven ability to drive sales results, exceeding individual and store goals.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- High level of personal performance and strategic thinking.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the retail or fashion industry is required.
