1. Achieve sales targets and objectives.
2. Oversee the opening and closing of the store, ensuring adherence to company protocols.
3. Maintain an organized stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Communicate effectively with all departments and staff.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention strategies.
10. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safes, and enforce cash handling standards.
11. Assist with visual display and merchandising implementation.
12. Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring high standards of presentation.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

A minimum of three years in a comparable role, preferably within the retail or fashion sectors, demonstrating a track record of driving sales and managing store operations.
