1. Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
2. Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Maintain an organized stockroom for easy merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Communicate effectively with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Partner with team to manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention.
10. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe, and manage cash accuracy.
11. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
12. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion companies.
2. Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Strategic vision for business development.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.

3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role.
