1. Achieve sales targets and objectives.
2. Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
3. Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback for improvements.
9. Implement and enforce sustainability policies locally and globally.
10. Manage store shrinkage in collaboration with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team.
11. Ensure cash registers and safes function properly and maintain cash accuracy with timely bank deposits.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising as per company standards.
13. Communicate visual standards information to the team as needed.
14. Oversee daily cleaning and upkeep of the store's interior and exterior.
15. Maintain high standards for fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.
16. Ensure adequate levels of supplies are maintained.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
4. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
5. Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.

A minimum of three years in a similar retail or fashion role is required.
