1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and suggest necessary updates.
9. Implement and uphold sustainability policies.
10. Manage store shrinkage through effective operational execution.
11. Ensure cash registers and safes are functioning properly and maintain cash accuracy.
12. Assist in implementing visual displays and merchandising according to company standards.
13. Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.
