1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management with daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Manage store shrinkage and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
10. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
11. Oversee store maintenance and ensure high standards of cleanliness and functionality.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.
