1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback for updates.
9. Enforce sustainability policies at both local and global levels.
10. Partner with Stock Associate/Operations Manager/Sales Team to minimize store shrinkage.
11. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe, and manage cash accuracy and bank deposits.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
13. Communicate visual standards information to the team as needed.
14. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises.
15. Maintain high standards for fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.
16. Ensure adequate stock of supplies at all times.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Strategic vision for business development.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or fashion industries.

The hourly rate ranges from $21.00 to $24.00 USD, depending on experience and location.
