1. Achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Ensure the stockroom is organized for easy access to merchandise.
4. Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Maintain balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Ensure effective communication with all departments, stores, colleagues, and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback on necessary updates.
9. Implement and enforce sustainability policies locally and globally.
10. Manage store shrinkage in partnership with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team.
11. Ensure cash registers and safe function properly and maintain cash/change accuracy.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising implementation as directed.
13. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
14. Maintain high standards for store fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion companies.

1. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales goals.
4. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the retail or fashion sectors, demonstrating a proven track record of driving sales and managing store operations.

The hourly wage ranges from $21.00 USD to $24.00 USD, with consideration for various factors including experience, skills, and geographic location.
