1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations, ensuring a balance in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
5. Maintain effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
6. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
7. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
8. Manage inventory and loss prevention in collaboration with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager.
9. Ensure cash registers and safes function properly and maintain cash accuracy.
10. Assist with visual merchandising and ensure compliance with company standards.
11. Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.

1. Over 3 years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role.
2. Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.
4. Genuine passion for the fashion industry.

A minimum of 3 years in a comparable role within retail or fashion sectors is required.

The hourly wage ranges from $18.00 USD to $22.00 USD, depending on experience and location.
