1. Achieve sales targets and goals.
2. Perform opening and closing store procedures.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Ensure shrinkage control through effective inventory management.
10. Oversee cash register and safe operations, ensuring accuracy and timely bank deposits.
11. Assist in implementing visual merchandising according to company standards.
12. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and functionality of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales goals.
4. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
