1. Achieve sales goals and targets.
2. Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management with day-to-day store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback for updates.
9. Enforce company sustainability policies locally and globally.
10. Partner with Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
11. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe, maintaining cash accuracy.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
13. Communicate visual standards and updates to the team.
14. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store.
15. Maintain high standards for store fixtures, shelving, and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.

A minimum of three years in a comparable role within the retail or fashion sectors is required.

The hourly wage ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 USD, depending on experience and location.
