1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations and personnel management.
5. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
6. Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
7. Collaborate with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
8. Ensure cash registers and safes are functioning correctly and manage cash accuracy.
9. Assist in visual merchandising and display implementation as per company standards.
10. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role.
2. Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen in the fashion industry.
4. Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and customers.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the retail or fashion industry.

The hourly wage ranges from $22.00 USD to $26.00 USD, depending on various factors including experience and location.
