1. Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
2. Open and close the store in accordance with company policies.
3. Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Implement and enforce the store operations manual and provide feedback on necessary updates.
9. Enforce sustainability policies locally and globally.
10. Minimize store shrinkage through sound operational execution.
11. Ensure cash registers and safe function properly and maintain cash accuracy.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
13. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises.
14. Maintain high standards for store fixtures, shelving, and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals.
4. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

A minimum of three years in a similar retail or fashion role is required.

The hourly wage ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 USD, depending on experience and location.
