1. Achieve sales targets and goals.
2. Execute opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for easy merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Partner with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to manage shrinkage and operational execution.
10. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safes, and enforce cash handling standards.
11. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
12. Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
2. Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.

A minimum of 3 years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sectors is required.
