- Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain an organized stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Communicate effectively with all departments and staff.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
- Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly, maintaining cash accuracy and timely bank deposits.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising as directed.
- Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceed goals.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Genuine passion for the fashion industry.
A minimum of 3 years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sector is required.
