- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host to customers, fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure stock replenishment and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes and guidelines.
- Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in a related field.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with knowledge of current trends.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
Candidates should have prior experience in a multinational brand environment, with related experience being advantageous.
