1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
2. Act as a host for customers, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.

1. Previous experience in a multinational brand environment; related experience is advantageous.
2. Strong product and fashion sensitivity with a keen awareness of fashion trends.
3. Demonstrated sense of responsibility and team spirit.
4. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
6. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
