1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators using effective sales techniques.
2. Act as a host for customers, fostering strong and enduring client relationships.
3. Maintain and expand product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support and comply with all store processes and follow-up activities.

1. Previous experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in a related field.

1. Strong product and fashion sensitivity with knowledge of current trends.
2. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
5. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with a preference for those with related experience.
