1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
2. Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Uphold store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
6. Support store processes and ensure compliance with company policies.

1. Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in a related field.
2. Strong fashion sensitivity and knowledge of current trends.
3. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

1. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
2. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools.

Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is preferred, with a focus on customer service and sales.
