- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Serve as a welcoming host for customers, fostering strong relationships.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Uphold store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with store processes and follow-up procedures.
- Experience in a multinational brand environment is preferred.
- Sensitivity to fashion products and trends.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and digital tools.
