Balenciaga Sales and Client Advisor

- Achieve sales targets, quantitative and qualitative goals, and KPIs.
- Address and report client requests and complaints to the Management Team.
- Provide high-quality feedback regarding clients to the Management Team.
- Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability and meet client requests.
- Stay informed on market, fashion trends, and business environment.
- Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga behaviors.
- Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
- Present Balenciaga's universe and signature through storytelling about collections and inspirations.
- Offer tailor-made advice, listen to clients’ expectations, and respond to requests.
- Maintain display and organization of all areas in line with visual merchandising standards.
- Execute product presentation guidelines.
- Ensure client satisfaction by consistently providing Balenciaga's service standards, image, and values.
- Create and update the client portfolio and follow up through the Luce app.
- Build authentic and long-term relationships with clients, from the welcoming moment to after-sales assistance.
- Adhere to HQ guidelines regarding the client journey and loyalty program.
- Exhibit professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented approach.
- Facilitate teamwork to enhance client experience and achieve goals.
- Participate in achieving sustainability goals.
- Perform regular FOH activities and key BOH duties independently.
- Process client transactions at the cash desk, including in-store and distant sales.
- Promote and execute omnichannel services in-store.
- Receive and process store deliveries.
- Prepare and organize deliveries and shipments to clients.
- Execute and follow up on all processes related to Retail Excellence.
- Contribute to front and back of house operations, including stock control and inventories.
- Support after-sales services by executing omnichannel after-sales policy and administrative follow-up.
- Provide feedback to Store Director/Operations Manager.
- Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding path and Omnichannel Client Journey training (for internal promotions).
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Associate (for internal promotions).
- Minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience (for external hires).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and market dynamics.
- Competence in using omnichannel retail systems.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
