- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle client requests and complaints, reporting to the Management Team.

- Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
- Stay informed on market and fashion trends.
- Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga behaviors.
- Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
- Present Balenciaga collections with a storytelling approach.
- Provide tailor-made advice to clients.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Execute product presentation guidelines.
- Ensure client satisfaction with Balenciaga services.
- Create and update the client portfolio.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Follow HQ guidelines on client journey and loyalty programs.
- Provide professionalism in communication and teamwork.
- Facilitate teamwork to achieve goals.
- Participate in sustainability goals.
- Perform FOH and BOH duties without supervision.
- Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
- Receive and process store deliveries.
- Prepare and organize client shipments.
- Contribute to stock control and inventories.
- Support after-sales policy execution.
- Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training if promoted internally.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as Sales Associate if promoted internally.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience if hired externally.
- High level of professionalism and expertise.
- Service-oriented and collaborative approach.
- Ability to build authentic client relationships.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Minimum of 1 year experience as Sales Associate if promoted internally, or 2 years of relevant sales experience if hired externally.
