1. Achieve sales targets, quantitative and qualitative goals, and KPIs.
2. Address and report client requests and complaints to the Management Team.
3. Provide high-quality feedback regarding clients to the Management Team.
4. Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability and meet client requests.
5. Stay informed on market, fashion trends, and business environment.
6. Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga behaviors.
7. Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
8. Present Balenciaga's universe and signature through storytelling about collections and inspirations.
9. Offer tailor-made advice, listen to clients’ expectations, and respond to requests.
10. Maintain display and organization of all areas in line with visual merchandising standards.
11. Execute product presentation guidelines.
12. Ensure client satisfaction by consistently providing Balenciaga's service standards, image, and values.
13. Create and update the client portfolio and follow up through the Luce app.
14. Build authentic and long-term relationships with clients, from the welcoming moment to after-sales assistance.
15. Adhere to HQ guidelines regarding the client journey and loyalty program.
16. Exhibit professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
17. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented approach.
18. Facilitate teamwork to enhance client experience and achieve goals.
19. Participate in achieving sustainability goals.
20. Perform regular FOH activities and key BOH duties independently.
21. Process client transactions at the cash desk, including in-store and distant sales.
22. Promote and execute omnichannel services in-store.
23. Receive and process store deliveries.
24. Prepare and organize deliveries and shipments to clients.
25. Execute and follow up on all processes related to Retail Excellence.
26. Contribute to front and back of house operations, including stock control and inventories.
27. Support after-sales services by executing omnichannel after-sales policy and administrative follow-up.
28. Provide feedback to Store Director/Operations Manager.

1. Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding path and Omnichannel Client Journey training (for internal promotions).
2. Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Associate (for internal promotions).
3. Minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience (for external hires).

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
3. Proficiency in client relationship management.
4. Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and market dynamics.
5. Competence in using omnichannel retail systems.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
