- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Address and report client requests and complaints to management.
- Provide high-quality feedback regarding clients to management.
- Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
- Stay informed on market trends and the business environment.
- Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's values and behaviors.
- Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
- Present Balenciaga's collections and inspirations with a storytelling approach.
- Provide personalized advice and maintain high standards of client service.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute product presentation guidelines.
- Create and update the client portfolio using the Luce app.
- Build authentic, long-term client relationships.
- Follow guidelines for the client journey and loyalty program.
- Exhibit professionalism and teamwork in all interactions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in achieving sustainability goals.
- Perform front-of-house and back-of-house duties without supervision.
- Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
- Receive and process store deliveries and shipments.
- Contribute to stock control and inventory management.
- Support after-sales services and provide feedback to management.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or client advisory roles.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
